This one was found on www.laurenson.com It only has one cup of chutney in common with recipe no III.
1. Saute 1 Large Onion and 2 Sliced Cloves Garlic in some Olive Oil.
2. Add 1/2 Cup Stock or water, 2 Tablespoons Vinigar, 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, 1 Teaspoon Tobasco Sauce, 1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Cup Ketchup, 1 Cup Fruit Chutney, 2 Large Diced Tomatoes.
3. Simmer for 30minutes or more.
